A simpler day starts with a better service plan.
Learn how Motrive connects customers and reviewed mobile-service providers for oil changes, seasonal tire swaps on rims and off-rim tire mounting across Canada.

Clarity before payment
Your request is free. Scope, price and provider assignment are reviewed before the payment needed to confirm the visit.
The same visit, your way
Keep vehicles, quotes and visits in a secure account. Web and mobile channels use the same service rules.
A network growing with you
Explore Canadian markets in preparation. Booking follows each area's activation and actual provider availability.
One service plan, with clear responsibilities.
Motrive organizes requests for mobile oil-and-filter changes, on-rim wheel swaps and off-rim tire mounting and balancing. The platform brings together the address, vehicle details, service scope, quote, assignment and service record. The qualified provider performs the approved work; the customer reviews the proposal and authorizes the price and scope.
More detail
That separation matters when a detail changes. A tire configuration may need different equipment, an oil service may need a different approved profile and a building may prohibit the work. The service plan must resolve those details before an appointment can proceed.
Focused services in ten city markets.
Our public service-area directory focuses on Montréal, Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa, Québec City, Winnipeg, Halifax and Gatineau. These pages help you prepare a local request. They do not establish that every postal code, vehicle or appointment window has an available provider.
More detail
The service menu stays deliberately specific. It does not promise general mechanical repairs, tire sales or emergency roadside assistance. Keeping the scope clear makes it easier to understand which information and equipment each job requires, and when another service is needed.
Provider readiness is part of the process.
A professional application covers business identity, relevant competence, insurance, operating permissions, worker coverage and service equipment. The team reviews supporting evidence and the proposed people, services and cities before activation. An account alone does not establish that a business is approved for every service.
More detail
On each visit, the agreed scope and recorded checks remain important. Review your quote and completion information, keep your maintenance records and raise questions through the available private visit or support channel. The blog provides planning explanations; it does not replace vehicle-specific manufacturer instructions.

Common questions
Explore all questionsWhat is an on-rim wheel swap?
Your replacement tires are already mounted on their own set of rims. We exchange the four complete wheels. To remove tires from their rims, choose the separate off-rim mounting and balancing service.
Can you work anywhere?
The site must be authorized, level, accessible and spacious enough. A private driveway or authorized parking space may work. Street work and unsuitable sites are not accepted.
How is an oil-change price confirmed?
We verify the exact engine, oil specification and quantity, filter and supplies. You receive a fixed quote after that review.
Is my request confirmed immediately?
A provider must be assigned and their availability reserved. You then receive instructions to accept the final price and pay before the confirmation deadline.
What if the weather prevents the service?
We will contact you to arrange an appropriate arrival window. Site safety and quality of work determine whether the visit can proceed.
