Have a question about a vehicle, an existing request or several cars at one address? Include the relevant details and your reference, if you have one.

Start with the question you need to resolve.

For service selection, say whether you need oil and filter service, a swap of complete mounted wheels or mounting and balancing of loose tires. Include the vehicle year, make, model and relevant engine or tire details. If you are unsure, explain what you have rather than guessing a specification to get through booking.

Compare services and their requirements

For an existing request, use its private details.

Have your visit reference, the affected vehicle and a brief description of the change or question ready. Check the current status first: a preferred window, an estimate and a confirmed appointment are different things. Explain changes to access, the service location, tire details or vehicle condition before the planned work.

More detail

Return through your verified account or the private guest access for that visit. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or private recovery links in an ordinary public enquiry. An order reference helps identify a question but does not authorize someone to view the visit.

Planning a shared address or a larger service day?

A same-address request can include up to four vehicles, each with its own service and fitment review. For more vehicles, a recurring company need or a workplace event, prepare the approximate vehicle count, proposed location, property permission, services and scheduling constraints. A commercial discussion must still resolve actual capacity and scope before any commitment.

Applying to provide services follows a separate route.

Start with the professional requirements page to prepare your business, registration, insurance, competence and equipment information. Creating a login is the first access step; the detailed application and supporting documents come next. Use the protected application workspace for private evidence and corrections rather than sending it through a general enquiry.
