Legal and trading names, business structure, operating address and applicable registration records or an explained exemption. Sole proprietors, partnerships and corporations can apply.

Service competence
Relevant experience, training and any qualifications required for the services, workers and provinces in your application.

Insurance for the work
Current general liability, customer-vehicle or garage coverage and business-use vehicle coverage, with the insured business, services, territory and validity documented.

Local operating permission
Applicable municipal licences, operating-location permissions and sector licences, including AMVIC where required for Alberta operations.

Team and worker protection
Who performs the work, their roles and applicable workers compensation coverage, clearance or documented not-required determination.

Equipment and environmental readiness
Appropriate lifting, torque and tire equipment, safe work procedures, spill containment and lawful commercial oil, filter and tire collection arrangements for the services offered.
