Keep company vehicles in the working day

Plan mobile oil and filter changes, wheel swaps and tire mounting for eligible company cars and light vehicles. Coordinate service details, downtime and approvals.

A mechanic and business owner planning maintenance beside light company vehicles

A small business’s vehicles rarely share the same engine, mileage or working schedule. Motrive’s focused mobile services can be considered for eligible cars and light vehicles at an approved business address. Start with a vehicle-by-vehicle plan, clear purchasing authority and an honest view of how many vehicles can be taken out of service at once.

Define the vehicles and the work

Prepare a list of the vehicles you want reviewed, including year, make, model, engine and requested service. Confirm any ownership, lease or maintenance-policy requirements with your own business before requesting work. The scope here is oil and filter changes, on-rim seasonal wheel swaps and separately reviewed off-rim tire mounting and balancing for eligible vehicles. Heavy trucks, breakdown assistance, mechanical diagnosis, repairs and a complete fleet-maintenance programme are outside this service offer.

Stagger the vehicles your team depends on

Choose a location where vehicles can remain safely parked throughout the reviewed visit window. Decide which vehicles can be unavailable together, who can move them and who will provide keys or locking-wheel tools. Up to four vehicles can share a standard same-address request. A larger list, multiple operating sites or a proposed recurring arrangement needs a separate capacity discussion. A quote does not create reserved technician time until the required assignment, acceptance and payment steps are complete.

Keep approval and service records together

Name the person authorized to accept the exact scope and price before payment. Compare the actual vehicle requirements rather than assuming one oil quantity or wheel setup applies to the whole business. After the visit, use the recorded service details and any follow-up instructions for your own maintenance administration. A business inquiry does not establish credit terms, consolidated invoicing, a tax treatment or a guaranteed response time. Discuss any additional purchasing requirements before approving work.

Good questions, before you get started.

Does this cover heavy commercial trucks?

No. Company ownership does not expand vehicle eligibility. Describe each car or light vehicle for review; heavy trucks and unsupported equipment are outside the current mobile-service scope.

Can you guarantee a recurring maintenance schedule?

A recurring plan can be discussed, but it is not established by submitting an inquiry. Every proposed visit still requires an eligible address, approved scope and actual provider capacity.

Will every vehicle have the same price?

Not necessarily. Engine requirements, oil quantity, tires, equipment, location and applicable taxes can differ. Review the itemized final quote instead of applying one starting price to the whole list.

Tell us about your location, vehicles and requested services. The team reviews scope and capacity before any commitment.
