Can you book a mobile service at a condo or office?
Learn what to check with a property manager before choosing a shared parking area, condo or office for a mobile vehicle service.

Parking permission is only the beginning
Being allowed to park does not automatically mean maintenance is permitted. Ask the property manager whether the specific oil or wheel service can take place. Clarify the approved area, access route and any building restrictions before submitting your request. Motrive reviews the site; a condo address alone does not establish eligibility.
Describe the space, not just the building
Provide the parking location and explain gates, clearance, slope, working room and any shared access. An underground stall may be unsuitable even when it is easy to reach. If the location cannot safely support the requested work, choose another permitted address or ask about the scope before booking.
Coordinate people as well as vehicles
For a small workplace group, confirm who is organizing the visit and that each vehicle will be available. The standard request supports up to four vehicles at one location. A larger employee service day or fleet programme should be discussed separately rather than squeezed into several overlapping bookings.
Take it into your next request
- Written or clearly confirmed property permission
- An eligible work space with enough clearance
- Access and building restrictions disclosed
- One organizer and confirmed vehicle access
