Start with permission and the surface

The service needs an authorized private location with a firm, level surface and enough room to work around the vehicle. A narrow curbside space, steep approach or uncontrolled public street is not an eligible substitute. If the property is shared, check with the owner or manager before choosing it for the request.

Make access straightforward

Describe the correct entrance, gate arrangements and where the car will be parked. Keep the keys accessible and remove obstacles from the intended work area. For a wheel swap, put the complete replacement set and any lock key where the provider can access them. Do not include sensitive access codes in public messages.

Leave room for a weather decision

A suitable address can still become unsuitable on the day. Snow, ice, standing water, severe temperatures or strong wind may require another window. Read the visit status and any provider instructions before moving the vehicle or assuming that service is complete.

Take it into your next request

  • Permission for vehicle maintenance on the property
  • Firm, level ground and clear working space
  • Correct entrance and parking instructions
  • Keys, wheel set and lock key ready
